Background: I started running quite young and was instantly drawn to middle distance on the track. After high school I took a break from running competitively and transitioned to solo training on the roads. My passion for competing was re-ignited after doing a few 10ks and half marathons in 2019, and I’ve been enjoying setting goals and racing ever since.

800m: 1:54.71

1500m: 4:16.93

5k: 15:57

10k: 32:46

Half Marathon: 1:13:24

Highlights: In high school I was 7-time regional champion in 800m, 1500m, 400m, cross-country. Silver medalist in 800m at 2013 Provincials (OFSAA), and 5 th at Nationals. Grand Caledonia Half Marathon winner.
