Hometown: Lebanon, CT
Background: It wasn’t until high school that I focused on running after realizing that I would do much better at cross country & track than at soccer & baseball. I ran cross country in college for the Coast Guard Academy and then took some time off while serving in the Coast Guard.
After relocating out to San Diego to start a new career I’ve been determined to find out how far & fast I can go with the support of PRT!
10k- 34:20 (Old Pros 2016)
10 mile – 57:43 (2013)
Marathon- 2:42:40 (Boston 2014)
Favorite race: Boston Marathon
Favorite workout: 5 x mile or 20 x 400m
Words to live by: “The best pace is a suicide pace…and today is a good day to die.” -Steve Prefontaine
Why you choose to run for PRT: I wanted to share the passion of the sport with the support of other strong athletes.
What I like to do besides running: Anyone who knew me growing up knows I would eat to run and run to eat! Any outdoor activity: camping, biking, hiking, swimming, etc…
