Background: I found running in high school when I ran cross country to get in shape for soccer. Then I slowly fell in love with the sport, and ended up running XC and track throughout high school and in college at the University of San Francisco.

PRs:

1500m: 4:34.86 (UC Davis Aggie Open (track), 2017)

5000m: 16:48 (SF State Distance Carnival (track), 2017)

6K XC: 20:54.7 (WCC Championships, 2014)

10000m: 36:01 (Mt. Sac Relays (track), 2016)

Highlights:  I exceeded my expectations and was pretty stoked to run 20:54 at the WCC XC championship my freshman year of college.
