Background:  Ran cross-country and track competitively in high school ('92 - '95), then trained for 2 years at the University of Oregon ('95 - '97).  After 1997 I took an 18-year hiatus from competitive running.

8K: 27:44 (Cougar Challenge XC, 2017)

Half Marathon: 1:15:47 (San Diego Holiday Half Marathon, 2016)

Marathon: 2:44:48 (San Diego Rock 'n' Roll Marathon, 2016) 

Highlights:  2016 La Jolla Half Marathon overall winner; ran first Boston Marathon in 2017
